Our Mission and Goals:

We have a 2-year co-op program. Our students alternate every 12 weeks between academic and co-op, at the end of 2 years; they will have 1-year of industry experience, and a solid year of water education.

Our co-op program qualifies them to take the F-4 Filtration Certification Exam and the D Wastewater Exam.  And, enhances their career and job mobility.

1. Our co-op was started to revolutionize the way we recruit and train employees in water and wastewater, and to promote the industry as a viable career option.

2. Our vetting process insures the right person for the industry. We recruit students for our educational program and match them with our partners (counties, municipalities, and companies).

3.  Bring up the industry standards, by helping the people already working in the industry struggling to become state of Michigan EGLE certified.

Our students earn as they learn.

We are a working student model. 100% of all our students are employed.
